SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY

Thank you for your order and for supporting Here She Blooms. Every purchase is handled with care and intention, and we’re honored to be a part of your journey.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorders (Presale)

Some items may be offered as preorders (presale). This means the product is not shipped immediately and will be fulfilled at a later date.

If your order includes a preorder item:

  • The estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase (for example, orders will ship the week of [DATE])
  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the stated shipping timeframe.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order at hello@heresheblooms.co. We will do our best to assist before your order is processed. We cannot guarantee any change to your address after that timeframe.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Here She Blooms is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered, Here She Blooms is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
