RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Here She Blooms, each product is created with intention and care. Because of the nature of our products, we ask that you review the policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the personal and consumable nature of journals and paper products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@heresheblooms.co.

When reaching out, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

For faster assistance, please include “Order Issue” in the subject line.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Order Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need support, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist.
